How to Estimate Property Insurance?

Hey fam! I've been wanting to structured seller financing deals and one of the things that I need to find out is the property's monthly estimate insurance. With rents I go to rentometer.com but in regards to insurance I just get quotes from companies who want to get me on the phone. I'm not the owner so I want a better way to estimate property insurance to structure this deals. Thanks in advance

Hey Eddie, I'm a Broker also in Fort Lauderdale. I'm with the Miami Board of Realtors, and we have a link at the top of each listing presented by Surfina home insurance. It gives a quick quote on insurance which I use when analyzing income properties for my clients. It may be off a bit as it doesn't require any questions to be answered but it's very helpful. I sent you a connect request if I can help you any further.
