Insurance for Self Owned LLC

Where does one obtain insurance for self-owned/managed LLC's for property management service? I contacted a few carriers but they will not extend coverage to management services controlling their owned properties. This does not make any sense to me. I work in the field and we would not decline coverage to a Fortune 500 company for this reason. Help anyone?
