Can 1 title insurance policy cover 2 properties?

I have an opportunity to purchase 2 abutting vacant land parcels and another vacant land parcel down the street from one owner.  Do I need to purchase 3 separate title insurance policies for these properties or can they be covered under one policy?  They are in the same county and owned by the same person.  I plan to pay cash for them and purchase them all at once.
