Water Damage Coverage
I own a few fourplexes and noticed my Water Damage coverage seems low on my policies at $5k. What level of coverage is everyone getting for water damage? My building is 3600 sq ft. 2 bed/1 bath units. 2 units on second floor and 2 on first. I was thinking of upping it to $10k but not sure if people would recommend more.
