Umbrella Insurance Please help me understand

Hi, currently I only have 2 rentals with separate insurance polices and both cost approx 700 a year each, my insurance agent said when I get to 5+ properties that I should go with an umbrella policy, and from what I've read it's much cheaper, do I have that right? For example, let's say I have 5 houses and each is 700 a year to insure, if I do an umbrella, it should be 1k or so for all 5?
