How to structure my insurance

I know basically nothing about insurance. But I need to learn about Property insurance for my rentals, liability for the rentals, and liability coverage/umbrella for the business

I have a couple rentals, and I actually did something really dumb. I signed up for property insurance, not realizing that it's not "full" coverage and that insurance policies only cover select things. I had no idea. So my questions are, what things are musts that I should get insured for? Fire, vandalism, etc? I really need to know the full scope of things to insure, because I don't want to overlook anything. So any help would be great.

From my understanding, aside from property insurance, I need liabiltiy insurance as well.

If I get a liability coverage for my business, does that cover people who sue me due to my rentals, or do I need to get individual liability insurance for each rental?

Thanks for any advice/information given! I'm really in need of it, Insurance has become a huge road bump for me. I'm really at lost on how to go about this all wisely.
