Homeowners Insurance for Rental Properties in Houston Area: Need Provider or Agent

I own single-family rentals in Spring, TX, just north of Houston. The insurance premiums on each property have escalated dramatically over the past two years. Can anyone recommend a insurance carrier or agent that I should contact to try to find lower rates? 

I have already contacted NREIG and they are 'at capacity' in Texas, and currently are not issuing new policies in the state.

@David Paul Rabalais I use Britton Skinner (248-891-0893) at Goosehead and have been super satisfied with his knowledge/transparency/recommendations even if its not to use him.
