Best Insurance Companies for Investement Properties

Thank you in advance for any help with this!

We are currently looking to perhaps change our insurance company for our investment properties.  Any suggestions on companies we should contact?

Also, we currently carry replacement value policies and recently heard on a Rent To Retirement podcast that we probably don't need that.  Anyone have any input on this topic?

Again, thanks for any advice and resources!

I have to agree with Cameron. Getting a broker will help you out a lot in the long term as you grow. I have had a great experience with Kin Insurance, Fortress Insurance, and Texas Independent Insurance.
