Good Morning

Has anyone in the KC, MO area looked into or purchased insurance to cover exterior water/sewer lines?  If so, has anyone dealt with Servie Line Warranties of America?

We were contacted by our PM regarding this coverage and they recommended this company.

Any input would be great.

Thank you!!

Hi Noah

Yes, I do use the same email address for both and I have tried using my Bigger Pockets Pro credentials but it doesn't seem to work.  Is there a different link I need to use to get into Stessa? Thanks for your help!

I already have a Stessa account. Is there a way to access the additional features without creating a new Stessa account through the BiggerPockets link?

Hi Steve! Do you use the same email address for your BiggerPockets Pro account as your Stessa account? If so, you can log into Stessa using your BiggerPockets Pro credentials and it will access your Stessa account with the additional Pro features. If not, please PM me the email address associated with your your Stessa account and I will work with Stessa directly to get you set up.

I am in the same situation as Steve.  I tried using my Bigger Pockets Pro credentials to log into Stessa and it didn't seem to work.  I have been using Stessa for years and don't want to lose all that I have stored in the program.  What am I missing or doing wrong?  Thank you!

Hi Deb! We have a short article that may help in understanding the differences between Replacement Cost and Actual Cash Value - https://nreig.com/replacement-.... Hope this helps!

Thank you Courtney.  I will check out the article.

ACV (actual cash value) vs replacement cost is what we carry 99% of the time.  NREIG, Ross Diversified, Shelter are the top insurance companies we've worked with the past.  Hope this helps.

Thank you Zach.  I appreciate the recommendations.  We will look into these companies.

Thank you in advance for any help with this!

We are currently looking to perhaps change our insurance company for our investment properties.  Any suggestions on companies we should contact?

Also, we currently carry replacement value policies and recently heard on a Rent To Retirement podcast that we probably don't need that.  Anyone have any input on this topic?

Again, thanks for any advice and resources!
