Bought my first house... Insurance suggestions?

So I finally bought my first house this week at auction. Now I am running into the issue of trying to find the best insurer for the property during rehab and afterwards when rented (preferably an umbrella policy).

The property consists of a 5/3 main house (1500 sqft), large block garage that is being converted into a 3/1 (1368 sqft), and a storage building which is being converted into a single unit (500 sqft). Everything is located on a 1 acre plot within the city limits.

Looking for affordable companies to increase cash flow, but would be willing to pay a bit extra for good policies and strong customer support (if/when needed). Figured there was no better place to find the information than the biggerpockets forum. All advice and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
