Hello BP!

I am wanting to start wholesaling in the Indianapolis area (I have zero experience). However, I’m having trouble finding properties. Does anyone have any suggestions as to where the best place to start is? Any advice is more than appreciated. Have a great day!

Its all about your lists.   A good list to start is the 30,60,90 day defaults.  Jump on Propstream or padhawk, whatever service you use, type in a zip code and it will give you a list of all the defaults.   What's your pitch?   Is it given by an email, a phone call, or knocking on their door.   If you are just starting out,  I like knocking doors to give you a great experience, be ready for some rejection.    Look up some scripts here on biggerpockets and youtube.   Then go to work!    Its amazing how many wholesalers start off and how many actually get properties.
