Wholesale contracts

Hi everybody I'm so new to real estate , but am super excited and trying my best to learn all I can! I do not have any money of my own and I know doing wholesale deals is the best way to start out(from what I've read). My question is where do I find the 2 main contracts to get a wholesale deal done? Any tips or advice at all would be great! Thanks everybody !!
