Buying With Your DBA Name in Texas

I am located here in the DFW and so far I have been buying in my personal name, but would like to use my DBA in the mean time if thats acceptable. My DBA is registered with the corresponding county I do business in.

The DBA name / and or assigns for the buyer would go on page 1 paragraph 1 of the TREC contract . Parties to the contract where I would list my DBA name as the buyer instead of my personal name.

Does anyone know if this is legal?
