Hello all,

I am new to the business and need a little assistance with getting the wholesaling contract written correctly. I'm not sure of exactly what to put into it. If I could get someone's help that would be great. Thank You in advance.

@Tom Goans

Sorry, but that's a ridiculous statement. It is not illegal for someone who is not an attorney to provide someone else legal documents.

EDIT:

To clarify:

- It is not illegal to give someone a legal document if you're not a lawyer;

- It is not illegal to sell someone a legal document if you're not a lawyer (LegalZoom is NOT a law firm, for example);

- It is not illegal to give legal advice, assuming you don't claim to be a legal professional and don't charge for that advice.

Disclaimer: I'm not an attorney... :)
