okay guys if this is your personal residence install a cover over the gutter. If it's a different house that your going to flip than use a power washer. Warning though don't use a high powered one if you don't know how to use one.

That helps some, but I don't have access to comps and Zillow doesn't keep up to date records for MO. Is there somewhere else that I can get this information until I'm able to find a way to get access to comps.

Okay I've looked at Zillow, and another site to do real estate research. What is the more common sites that the pro's utilize? I've tried using the cities public record website, but navigating it is absolutely horrible.

Is there anyone in the SPG, MO area that is willing to teach a very eager person in learning this business? I already have a couple of leads I just need some direction.
