Buying Wholesale Closing with your own Title Company

Hello BP fam, I am in the middle of purchasing my first property from a wholesaler, as you can see in my previous post. My question now is, can I have my own title company prepare my closing documents and forward to the wholesalers company for closing? I know that in a regular transaction it can be done, but since the contract is being assigned to me is this possible?

Once again appreciate any feedback.

Thanks

You’ll have to check the contract you bought. There should be verbiage in there about who is performing the closing. It’s very unlikely a wholesaler would let you use your title company.
