Outsource Sales Team to Contact Leads - Scale Business

I'm a newbie Wholesaler who is finally on the verge of launching his first Yellow Letters (1,000+) campaign in addition to increasing Bandit signs from 20 to 200 in the next two weeks. While I'm sure these numbers are very small to most of you, I expect the incoming call volume to be a bit larger than I can handle.

I've hired PATLive to answer incoming calls and follow a script to help me filter out motivated sellers so I can spend my time calling them back. My question is, who can help me callback all the other leads (with a lower probability of motivation) to probe and ensure motivation doesn't in fact exist? I've searched the web but can't find a service who will call back real estate leads to test for motivation. It would also be great if they could do soft pass with a ballpark offer of 50% of the lowest amount of cash they informed the PATLive operator they would be willing to sell their house for.

Does a service like this exist? Any ideas or suggestions?
