I was wondering if anyone has any success getting creative with the finance or even doing the 0% down.

I know of a lender that will provide 100% down but it cannot be in the city & it would be a short term 5 month loan.  I wasn't sure about them @ 1st, but they actually closed on a loan a couple of months ago w/ us.  I'll send you a PM w/ the name.

can you pm the name . thanks

@Federico Gutierrez I can understand that. I am familiar to a degree with Cleveland I do come often. So I'm more hands on. I was actually thinking about renting a one bedroom since I'm there some much rent is way less than Chicago lol, What  is your input with areas that is due to change on the East?

I can understand, I am referring to east of the river. Not East Cleveland. Areas like Kisman, Greensville.  Collinwood, Forest Hill ect. not including suburbs; Euclid, Garfield, Maple, Shaker.

I can understand replacing utilities, but I was just curious on what people thoughts. I know Chicago Southside is in the works of gentrification. I would think Cleveland would also be in some of those areas. What areas do you feel will turn around for the better?

Its seems like all investors are seeking property on the west side of Cleveland. Are there any investors who invest on the East side? What are your experiences and methods. It seems Like property might cashflow better? I also have couple duplexs on the east side I'm trying to sell.
