Connect with the guys and gals that are doing it out here.  The good ones won't see you as competition, but rather as an asset that can help expand their business as well. When one succeeds they all do.  That said, I'd connect with @Alex Ibarra , @Alex Camacho , @Zasha Smith , @Greg Gaudet and @Te Jacobson.  They're all crushing it here on Maui as wholesalers and flippers and are active on Instagram too.  That might be the best place to connect with them.
