Deceased Owner help!

so I came across an abandones property, took the address swnt it to my title co. And also did my own research online. Just recently I saw the owners name and under the public records it says, BOND, LORENE / Deceased and the grantee was the city The property is at. Before i go on and do a skip trace. What should i know from here. What are the next steps to possibly wholesale this? Or can i?

That is the exact situation of the deceased person and property you are talking about. It's all public info man. I suggest boning up on your online research skills. :)
