Wholesaling Questions + Starting out
Hey All,
I'm working on a few wholesale deals. What information do buyers need to know when considering a deal from a wholesaler? What questions should I ask the motivated seller in order to present the most essential information for buyers? I know each deal is different, but what information should I always have on-demand?

Hey Deshawn!
For considering deals, your buyers are going to want to know stuff like repairs that need to be made, condition of major things such as roof/HVAC/plumbing, property ARV (After Repair Value), a few comparable properties for the ARV you came up with, and plenty of quality pictures of the property. You should do your best to give accurate info but all of it is just to give the buyer an idea of whether they want to look further into the property or not. If they think it's a deal they might be interested in they're likely going to run their own numbers to double-check. This video does a good job to explain:
Basics to get from the seller are motivation to sell, condition of the property, timeline to sell, and their price. There are obviously ways to make this conversational and there is more info that you should try to get but those are the basics. I've always liked the way Brent Daniels explains it so here's a video of his that may help:
Hope this all helps! (if the video links I added into this reply aren't showing up just send me a message and I'll send you the links that way)
