Hello, I’m new to wholesaling, I’m in the Milwaukee area and I’m having a hard time navigating Wisconsin public records to get a pre foreclosure list I’ve been going on auction.com and crossing over to Zillow for my leads. I feel that’s a bit tedious. Also I plan on going to a few of these addresses next week but I don’t have a wholesale contract template. Can someone tell me how to obtain these.
