Tampa Repair Costs Wholesaling

Kaylan Haight
Posted

Hi! I’m a newbie to wholesaling and was wondering if anyone in Tampa had advice on how to calculate or estimate repairs or what the typical estimates are for the area? Thank you!

Walking a property with a contractor will be well worth your time to not only get an idea of what items cost, but also how to identify potential issues.

There are also a number of flippers with Youtube channels --such as Jerry Norton and Max Maxwell -- with tips and tricks for running quick but decent repair estimates.

Flipperforce also has an estimator tool but is more useful if you know what repairs would be necessary.
