Direct mail marketing

Hi, in the next coming weeks I’ll have my first two wholesale deals completed. I’m hoping to use $1500 of my gains to increase my direct mail marketing.

This first time around I did driving for dollars. Looked up the owners address and mailed out “I want to buy your house” letters myself. Now, I’m hoping to use a direct mail service this second time around.

My first question is: What are the best direct mail services ?

And secondly: As a wholesaler what other steps would people advise me to do to help automate my business?

@Alan Bailey Thank you for your reply. That’s great advice.

So if I have a list of 100-150 properties that I’ve gathered from D4D you’d suggest focusing my marketing budget toward being consistent and mailing those houses multiple times ? Rather than blanketing a certain area….
