buying from wholesaler with FHA financing success?

Hello, have any wholesalers had success selling to FHA buyer? if so, how did you do it. Or have any people had success purchasing a place using FHA from a wholesaler?

I know that assignment is a sticking point, but there are other ways to structure deals.  So asking to see how others have done it.
