Anyone have a good 203k lender in Austin?  Aslo any contractors that will work on a 203k type project?

I just finished my Reno BRRRR project but missed the window on rates. With them being in the 6's now I'm switching to what @Cassidy Burns said and getting a HELOC from Arlington Community Federal Credit Union. Which is offering almost 100% LTV. All this was done on a owner-occupied loan paying 3.5% down and funding the renovations with a 203k loan. Wish I could do it again but I can't get refinanced into a conventional loan until the rates fall back down a bit more which would free up having another FHA loan to use.

Hello,

I want to confirm a court case that came back on an applicant's background check. I have a case number out of DC's landlord and tenant court but I'm struggling with the website. Does anyone know how to look up court cases for DC? (i already googled "DC landlord and tenant case lookup" and I am a millennial so nothing smart you all :) ."

Thanks!

@Juan Zabala

I bought a TOPA house. Added like 3 months to get the tenants to settle on getting their security deposit back plus $5k. Don’t know the exact terms the tenants got but it held it up for me.

Any suggestions for a real estate attorney?  Having problems with my contractor and thinking of taking some actions?

@Nick Pisano thinking not getting one is the move as it would might be a pain to maintain.  I think id get max rate based on location and quality.

Section 8 rental coming online early 2022.  Normally I would think including a washer/dryer for a market renter would be expected but how about a section 8 rental?   Its a great area in Kingman Park and going to be nicely furnished but didn't know if having one would be problematic to maintain.  Thoughts....?

Got a parking pad that can fit three cars but only need 2 for the tenants. It's a corner lot with easy access in the Kingman Park neighborhood.  Looking for ideas on what to do with it to generate extra revenue other than a monthly rental.   Any other creative ideas to create more $$$?  Zipcar? Turo?

Got a parking pad that can fit three cars but only need 2 for the tenants. It's a corner lot with easy access down in Kingman Park area. Wanted to come here and see if anyone has any success with renting out extra parking spots or leasing to like a Zipcar or something? Any experience or other ideas with what to do with the space would be appreciated.
