Just after 5PM here on the west coast. Closed a nice wholesale deal this week, created a new partnership with a fellow investor, and now I'm on my way to the bank to deposit a few checks, then pick up an afternoon Starbucks, and enjoy the weekend! Ain't this business fun! fun! fun!

I had a good week, too, but there's more work tomorrow. My wife is getting a bit irritated with me. I'll take her on vacation in a few weeks.
