Double Closing in Escrow better than a regular Double Close

Hi BP family, I was just watching a YouTube video where Flipping Mastery TV talked about a double closing in escrow and he said it was more advantageous than a regular double closing because you don't have to pay for closing costs. He said If you double closing in escrow you don't have to pay closing fees. He also mentioned that in double closing in escrow you don't need to bring funding for the A-B Transaction because all the transactions A-B and B-C will be done using the end buyers funds. Is this information correct?
