Post: Double Closing in Escrow better than a regular Double Close

Hi BP family, I was just watching a YouTube video where Flipping Mastery TV talked about a double closing in escrow and he said it was more advantageous than a regular double closing because you don't have to pay for closing costs. He said If you double closing in escrow you don't have to pay closing fees. He also mentioned that in double closing in escrow you don't need to bring funding for the A-B Transaction because all the transactions A-B and B-C will be done using the end buyers funds. Is this information correct?

Hey BP I live in Maryland but got a house under contract in Seattle, Washington for around 20k profit. I want to do a double closing to hide the price from the end buyer. Both the seller and the end buyer are from Washington state. Is it possible for me to use a title company in Maryland to do a double closing in Washington? Or Do I need to find a title company in Washington to do the double close.

Hey Bigger Pockets forum I hope you are having a good day. My question for you is.. I am looking for a title company in Maryland that does Double Closing and/or Assignment of contract. I am a wholesaler and am looking to make myself and the end buyer some Cash. I have a Purchase and Sale agreement already and also a Double Closing contract I'm just looking for a title company and end buyers in Maryland. Thanks
