Deals in Trona CA?

Hello Everyone,

Recently, I received a probate lead through my marketing channel for a property in Trona CA. Has anybody closed deals in that specific or surrounding area before that can tell me if it worth the drive? I checked for Comps on Redfin and found none in the past 3-6 months.

Having said that, in finding no comps...is that a tall tale sign in not to invest and pass up this lead?
