Procured an investor for this deal and I live in the house while I’m fixing it up.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I wanted to get into real estate and start investing and see how flips and rentals work IRL.

Fixed it up and currently living in and renting out a room until we decide to sell.

Underestimated the cost to fix up and how hard and how much time it takes for one or two people to complete a flip.

What is the best way to find hard money lenders? I am looking to start building a BRRR portfolio and looking for ways to find lenders. Thanks in advance!!
