Put up some bandit signs during the daytime and got my first call back (an angry BLOCK CAPTAIN)
I really wanted to save this for my introductory post... and this forces me to make that post happen soon!! Anywho.... I planned on hanging up bandit signs in the wee hours of the morning... well my alarm clock went off and I hit snooze and it never rang again and once i Finally did wake up I was upset at myself. Well that didn't stop me from driving for dollars... @ the suggestion of my partner while we were curising for cash.. I hung up a few bandit signs... in BROAD DAY LIGHT... I will admit the first few I was Ridiculously scared..in my mind I kept saying I'll hang them up once all the cars go by, but the cars never going to stop it was a beautiful Sunday. Oddly enough while doing so I was stopped by a woman who said "in any condition??" I took the opprtunity to hand her a business card. I was also stopped by a younger gentleman who happens to have inherited two properties that he has NO idea how to handle. And I happened to come across some church ladies who I pitched my business too and they are it up.. I gave them some fliers and cards. I got my first call today from the signs!! It was a # I didn't recognize so I let it go to voicemail. Low and behold it was a self proclaimed "community liason" aka block captian.. who left me a 1:18 message saying how they've fought long and hard in removing "those bright yellow signs" and she will stop at nothing to make sure "I get caught up in the crossfire". Good luck tracing a google voice # lol. I was actually thinking of calling her back and kind've flipping the script explaining to her how my intentions are to aid people in distressed situations and that would in turn keep the neighborhood looking clean and maintained instead of letting a headache property go to waste making the neighborhood look back. But that was just a thought she might be a little to gun ho and try to turn me into the sign police.

So maybe they can make an extra 5k by selling the property themselves, but most don't want the hassle. They just want out.
Taking advantage? Please!
