DNC list scrubs and cold calling
Hi everyone,
I'm a new investor in NJ. I am wondering if anyone here is experienced in cold calling. I just subscribed to propstream and skip traced a list from there. Do you guys run these phone numbers somewhere first to scrub for DNC or you can just dial with a voip phone number without scrubbing first and you will be safe?

@Scott Bottomley The distinction that Maggie made is irrelevant. You are making a commercial sales call. You are offering (selling) them the opportunity to sell their home to you so you can make a profit.
The law exempts Politians, non-profits and surveys.
That said, the FCC does very little to prosecute the people making phone calls so you are probably safe.
