Wholesaling in New Jersey

Posted

Hello BP! I am new to real estate investing and would like to get started with wholesaling. I live in Bergen County (Northern New Jersey). Does anyone have any experience in this very pricey market of NJ/NY/NYC? Is wholesaling here a viable option or do I have to increase my radius? I would love to hear the experience of anyone with experience in this area. Thanks so much.

Hey @Amani Abdel-Dayem

I know of a great community of agents and wholesalers in the northern New Jersey area! Reach out I’ll put you in touch with them. They do a lot of training and have a lot of investors that will buy your wholesale deals. one of the best communities I’ve ever heard of, wish there was one like it in my market 🤣
