As this post is about a year old, I'd like to know what kind of success people have had with Partner Driven. Please give details. I would love to know where you did deals, how long it took, what you had to do to get the deals, how much you had to spend in time and money, and what kind of profits you made. I too have a call with Partner Driven tomorrow.  I am in the Northern New Jersey and NYC markets and it can be very challenging.

Thank you @Shawn Mcenteer. I am exploring my options. I thought of wholesaling as a way to get my feet wet and to build capital without having to use my own money. What, in your opinion, is a good way to get started in the NJ/NY markets? I welcome any insight you and others with experience in this market may have.

Hello BP! I am new to real estate investing and would like to get started with wholesaling. I live in Bergen County (Northern New Jersey). Does anyone have any experience in this very pricey market of NJ/NY/NYC? Is wholesaling here a viable option or do I have to increase my radius?
