Good evening everyone, 

I am a rookie investor that is currently in the process of making offers on my first rental property as well as my first personal home with the hopes to convert that into a rental after year 1. In addition to this, I really would like to get into wholesaling or even just being a bird dog for other local investors in Buffalo. Simply looking to learn the game and bring value to local investors, not trying to get rich quick.
