Wholesaling Real Estate in 20201

What are your guys thoughts now that word on the street says that many states are requiring wholesalers to get their RE license. Also does anyone know if Utah is one of those states?

Actually...

I am not sure if different people consider different definitions of a double close... BUT

what I understand of a double close..

I buy the property with "my own cash" and then sell the property immediately to an other buyer.

What's wrong with that?
