@Mark Fries I appreciate your input! Definitely want to learn to do things the right way and most of all be consistent! I’ve been constantly looking on Zillow, Realtor.com etc. I’m still going to continue reading up on the entire process

I’m A newbie trying to find the best way to build cash in order to eventually invest in multi family property down the line.

Is wholesaling a good route to increase funds? I’ve looked and come across a lot of depreciated homes in the 32209 & 32208 zip that seem to be looked over and wonder if any investors ever thought to fix them up and rent out to section 8 vouchers holders? Is that such a big risk to reframe from doing so?
