Wholesaling Question
I have a question about wholesaling a deal. I met an investor the other day that was interested in buying properties in a particular area. After speaking with him I reached out to an agent friend of mine that was able to locate two properties that met the investor's criteria. My question is how to proceed from here? I'm new at this so I need some direction.
Thanks

You would put the properties under contract. So, make offers to your agrent friend. If they're accepted, then turn around and offer the properties to the investor.
Now realize that if they're on the MLS and if this investor is actively buying, he's likely already seen them. So, paying listing price and adding 3% on then offering to him is unlikely to result in a deal. You'll have to get the properties under contract at a low enough price that you can tack your fee on and still have a good deal for the investor.
