in wholesaling what are typically the closing costs
Do i need an attorney,title company or both?
And do the attorneys charge you before or after the closings?

This may be a state-specific question... Title insurance could be of importance to you if you are not sure of the chain of title. Also, having an attorney to draft a legal deed may be something of great benefit to you.
