I’m only 16 right now but want to know how to wholesale

I’m only 16 but I’d like to know everything about wholesaling before I turn 18 so I can try and get right up and going, I’ve seen YouTube videos and all that but I wanted more information on what to do to get a contract with a seller and actually re-assign that to a cash buyer and some ways to find buyers and if there’s any licenses that I need and all that. Anything helps, thank you in advance!

Keep at it.  It will make more and more sense as you go.

I also recommend the book, "If you can't wholesale after this... I've got nothing for you."  It's an easy read and takes you through the whole process.
