How do I determine what my wholesale fee should be? Is there a formula for this?

There is no magic formula, totally depends on the deal and what you can negotiate. You should know what your buyers want to net, be able to estimate rehab (realistically) and the ARV (also realistically). :) We believe in moving our deals rather quickly than pushing for a higher fee. Our fees have ranged from $5-40k. I'm assuming you are fairly new if you're asking. It's better to not be greedy on the first one or so until you are comfortable in the business. Just my 2 cents. Best wishes!
