Hey everyone! I’ve tried a couple of VAs and haven’t been happy with their performance. I’m thinking about using VA4REI because I’ve gotten some recommendations from a few people. Would anyone that’s used them recommend? Or alternatives?

Also, what have you found the best lists to pull off propstream that have given you the best results? Thanks!!

We have 11 VA's working for us at this point. Every single one of them a rock star. Here is what we do. We hire based on motivation and attitude, not skills. Then we treat them as a team member NOT an employee and DEFINITELY not as a VA.

And that was our biggest challenge. It took a bit of effort to make them realize they are a valued member of our team and not just a low end laborer to do annoying tasks no one wants to do.

Why is it dangerous for them to think like a VA?

A VA is just a machine to do assigned tasks. Not much pride or ownership in their work. Also they don't truly understand how and why that job is important and how it ties into the company.

The second we made them realize that I value them, and from the get go we doubled their asking salary they soon realized that they were indeed part of our valued team and they work like animals. They are beasts and they are happy to belong to our team. Every time we sell a house they all get a hefty bonus. It gives them ownership of the company and they go out of their way to do the job right. They now understand why they do what they do and when the time comes to improvise and make a decision, they can on their own.

Keep this in mind. The ONLY people you should hire are A players and Genius rockstars, no matter how small the job. When you do, your entire tea,m will be a super team. Heck I am going to name my team "The Avengers Mutant X-Men".

Hire based on work ethics, and attitude, not skill. Some positions of course need skill, but you get my drift!
