squeeze page Help!!!!

Researching a good, simple squeeze page is reminding me why I switched majors from computer science and decided on nursing instead! LOL Can someone please direct me to a simple squeeze page...that doesn't have a ridiculous price attached to it? All I want to do is place ads on craigslist and back page that direct buyers to my squeeze page to fill in their first name, phone and email address (which ever is the best way to contact them) and to find out what they are looking for area, size, etc. Am I asked too much?
