Assignment of contract

I have been trying to get my first wholesaling deal by doing an assignment of contract. I have a couple sellers I just sent contracts to.

The problem I have now is they both sent the contracts to their attorney. I understand why they did it but my question now is am I going to be able to close with at my attorney to make this deal close as smoothly as possible.

@Martin Bastida

Wow.... his youtube is a wealth of information. This thing is like a a goldmine. I did find his P&S contract and its MUCH shorter than the standard contract used in California. Its succinct and to the point. I really like it. Thanks for pointing me to Jerry.

Just curious, how did you find the sellers that you sent contracts to? I just sent out direct mail via driving for dollars. I'm hoping that i can get a few deals using that method.
