Having trouble closing

I have a property under contract currently to be assigned. I have a business partner who is more experienced then I am but they don’t seem to be as eager as I am, I’m starting to get anxious & so is the seller.

I’m using my partners established resources (attorney, contracts, etc.) to orchestrate the deal. But We’re having trouble securing a buyer & it’s making me nervous because I don’t want us to lose this deal due to the seller losing trust & getting cold feet.

We’ve marketed the property on Social networks but not having much luck. & I don’t have a list of buyers established as of yet.

Any advice please?

I've seen a lot of wholesalers come and go. Number one issue they have is they are over pricing deals. If you have pushed the deal out to a lot of ppl and websites and don't have a serious buyer, price is too high.
