How do you find financial partners to do deals with?
I am constantly reading websites and listening to experienced real estate investors about how to get started in this business. The number one thing I always hear is get a partner to fund your deals if money is an issue for you. My question is, how do you find the funding partner? Since it's against the law to advertise for money partners, where do you find them?
