Finding the Contact for an Estate Owned Property

Hey BP Fam,

I have a question on something that has been giving me a little trouble. I have a hot lead on an estate owned property but it is very difficult to find the point of contact for the estate. For anyone that has dealt with this, how have you gone about finding the correct contact? Is county records the best place to look? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
