Finding out the value of a property with build able land
I spoke on this a while back about a friend of mine who's mother has a house with 3 build able lots (including the original house) that I am helping him wholesale to builders/developers. It is on a block where there are all new construction homes and only his old house with the 2 connecting lots. I wanted to know how to go about assessing the value of the property (the house and the 2 other lots) so he can make sure they know the value and they are selling the package at the right price. Do you deal with a real estate agent? Get An appraisal? We are going through the survey and getting the land subdivided right know and I know that will be a question coming up soon. Thanks for any help.
