(Wholesaling) Finding Motivated Sellers

Hello,

I am a wholesaler looking to expand my marketing. I have been trying to decide on the best way to spend my marketing money. Currently, direct mail is my primary source of seller leads. I was wondering if anyone had success with Facebook Ads or other forms of digital marketing to find motivated sellers. Any advice is appreciated, thanks!

Facebook ads and PPC are guaranteed to work. PERIOD...

as long as you have 2 things in place.

1) You need to have the right budget

2) You need to target the right audience.

If you have these things in place you will crush it and I guarantee this!

Obviously the best form of lead gen is SEO and there is  nothing better than this... no room for arguing, debate or opinions. This is stone cold fact.

PERIOD

No other lead gen is free, where people come begging you to please buy their house instead of you finding them.

So absolutely focus on a website that is fine tuned for lead gen... and credibility.

Look into SEO and start raking in leads like a boss!
